The Alternative Board® is a private membership organization that assembles owners of non-competing companies onto peer advisory boards. TAB Boards® provide owners of privately held businesses hundreds of years of seasoned, collective experience to help them run their companies better.
TAB is dedicated to the success of its members and complete confidentiality is required. Membership is by invitation only, and all members are owners, CEOs, presidents or partners. TAB Boards® also serve as executive support groups, helping owners develop stronger business and leadership skills, and a long-term perspective on their business. In short, TAB can provide answers to your questions, and questions to your answers.

Monthly TAB Board Meetings provide a sounding board for ideas and a "think tank" environment that generates affordable, practical business advice and realistic solutions that you can use immediately.
Private Coaching Sessions take place with your TAB-Certified Facilitator. This time is used to prepare your TAB Board meeting topics and to explore significant business or personal issues on which you might benefit from executive coaching.
Strategic Business Leadership® (SBL) an easy-to-use, five-step strategic planning process developed to meet the needs of time-constrained small business owner. By helping owners lead their companies strategically, instead of by the “idea of the week,” SBL enables owners to achieve their personal and business visions of success.
Guest Speakers provide additional educational and informational resources to TAB Board members on topics they choose.
